Project Overview
Designed and built a two-page Power BI analytics dashboard for construction project portfolio management. The dashboard gives stakeholders visibility into portfolio KPIs, profitability trends, project health scoring, and performance breakdowns — built to demonstrate data modeling, DAX-driven business logic, and executive-ready reporting design.
The Problem
Construction project portfolios generate data across budgets, actuals, and schedules — making it difficult for leadership to get a consolidated view of portfolio health, profitability, and project risk.
The Solution
Built a normalized Power BI data model combining project budget and actual cost data, authored DAX measures for business KPIs, and designed a two-page dashboard tailored to executive and project manager audiences.
